SCENT FREE POLICY
Effective immediately, the college is adopting a scent-free policy for the building. As our College is open to the public, this policy is to protect all those who suffer from whether they are students, members, or visitors.
ACCOMMODATIONS

CAR POOLING
While the College does not have an official car pooling program, at the present time there is a carpentry student who is acting as a contact person for any students with car pooling issues. If you are interested in car pooling, please leave your name and address with Tracey Jenkins at the front desk.
SNOW DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
In the event of an unscheduled closure, announcements will be made on local radio stations including OZ FM (94.7), VOCM (590), K-Rock (97.5), Hits FM (99.1), and Coast (101.1). Attempts will be made to ensure that school closures are announced by 7:00 am.
In the event that an unscheduled closure occurs throughout the day, an announcement will be made through the College’s Public Address (PA) System.
Classes that are cancelled due to school closure will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Students may be required to work extra hours to make up for lost days.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS & CLASS TIME:
The College is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Class times are as follows:
- Mon - Thurs: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Fri - 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Lunch breaks (½ hour) and Nutrition breaks (2 - 15 min) may be staggered. Refer to class schedule.
NOTE: No Lunch break on Friday, Nutrition Break only. Part-time course hours may vary (participants will be notified)
